Some good news...and one thing that really bugged me!

Well for my millions few blog followers... I have some good news!

I FOUND A JOB!!

Hip Hip Hooray!!

I will be working for a company called Western Technologies. My good friend Melissa's husband works there and helped me out!
This has really been an answer to many many millions thousands of prayers said. I know that this is the right one for me and for my family! Because this is what I was praying for, what ever he wanted me to do I would do! What ever was best for our family and for the families needs!

They have been in business for over 50 years, they are a very stable and conservative company, they will work with me on the kids schedules, when it is slower in the fall and winter, I will have reduced hours to be home more with the kids  - and best of all.... Wait for it....

NO DRESS CODE!!   I can wear jeans!!  I just need to be presentable!  LOL :)

^^**^^
Well the last few days I have running some last errands before I head back into the work force... I had an issue the other day I want to share - it just really bugged me!  (all opinions are mine, we all are entitled to our own opinion,  if I offend you, I am sorry)

I really don't like REALLY CHEAP people... Hey I am all about saving money and getting things on clearance, using coupons, etc etc.. BUT, when you use all the said things and then still have to argue with the sales clerk that it is wrong... even after she explains how the discounts are applied!

Let me explain.

The other day I was at Kohls waiting to check out. There was a lady beast in front of me ringing up her order. She was buying 2 shirts and a Food Network cheese grater (the nice one, I was totally jealous). So it was about 50 bucks (full price) worth of stuff.. the cashier applies her Kohls cash, and her 40 percent off coupon .. and then her total comes to $5.95 - that is right 6 bucks!! She then proceeds to argue with the clerk on how the coupon was applied. I thought to my self - ARE YOU SERIOUS LADY?? Take your stuff for 6 bucks and run!!  Honest to Pete!! There is Cheap and then there is Cheap!!

Now what I REALLY like is when I am one of those CHEAP people - I used my Famous Footwear coupon and bought a new pair of TEVA flip flops for 7 bucks!!
OH YEA - gimme some knuckles!!

I just luurve my small town!!

A few weeks ago on Facebook my cousin (who is a coach in Granger) was complaining about not having a team mom to call about practices, games ect... my comment to him was...send emails to the parents, text messages.... heck if we can do it out here in my small town, then you can in the city!

Which then got me thinking about my small little town of Grantsville that I now call HOME, and felt like I have been here FOREVER!!!  Bear with me - I need to give you some back ground..

I grew up in Magna - went to Cyprus High - (Yes I am a Pirate always will be.... BUT I am also now a COWBOY)
I remember riding our bikes on Sundays to my Grammas house for visits, I remember going to Thrifty Drug with my Gramma for an ice cream cone.. I loved Magna, everyone knew each other!! You could drive down 3500 S. and wave to a ton of people and they would wave back! LOVED IT...

So when we got married, we bought our first house on the border of Magna and West Valley... I thought this is going to be great......
ENTER 2001, my Mom and Dad announce that they are moving to Grantsville... HUH?? Grantsville???  (I had been out here for basketball games in high school...it was a LOOONNGG way from me!!) .....then the housing boom happened, houses went up every where around us.... we didnt like it, schools were suffering, etc...
ENTER 2005 - Leo and I were thinking about moving - SO we decided heck why not - lets go look in Mom and Dads neck of the woods.. and within 2 weeks our house sold, we bought a lot out here in Grantsville and were packing our home of almost 10 years up to head WEST!
ENTER Current Day - So when I was thinking about my small town - I said to myself, SELF - this is just like growing up in Magna... everyone knows everyone (if they don't that is their own fault), everyone waves at you when you drive down the street!! I LUURVE this town!!

AND the best thing I luurve about my small town - THIS TOWN SUPPORTS EACH OTHER!!
I have seen the best in people, from supporting the kids on the football team even when they don't have kids on the team, supporting the longest standing town party "The Sociable" each and every year! Jr. Jazz, Little League Football, and supporting something that is near and dear to my heart - Grantsville Youth Baseball!

I was blown away by all the support and people that came out to our opening day last week!! It was AMAZING!!

Just like all the wonderful life long friends I have made - AMAZING!! (you all know who you are!!) And I even have a few fellow Pirates out here with me now too!!

This little town out WEST called GRANTSVILLE...I LUURVE IT!! And I now call it HOME and will FOREVER!!

Aynsley and the Childrens Sociable

Aynsley has been part of an amazing cheer group as you have heard me talk about - Remember the Cheer Competition post
This year her little group tried out for the Childrens Sociable - well they made it!
Here is a little known fact that I learned this year... if you make the top 10 acts - well you win the fabulous prize of being in ALL 6 performances the day of the show! YES that is right - 6 performances on ONE day!!
Are you feeling my pain yet???  I thought last year was bad with 3 performances - it wasnt!

It was fun - it was a LONG day - but it was fun!!

here are some pics of the performance
Ayns is the tall one in the middle

Here is a video of one of the performances!  FUN stuff!!  the little red head in front goes a little fast - Aynsley had Kelly right behind her counting - so Aynsley is on - Mikelle just got a little excited!

The next day Aynsley was SOO tired and SOO sore from performing 6 times - catching Kira 6 times - doing Cart wheels 6 times!  You get my drift!
